Chef/Owner Raymond Tabano is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute, trained in classical French Cuisine with a strong background in Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican, and Pacific rim styles of food preparation. He also holds a Sanitation and Safety Certificate from the State of New York. All of 5 Star`s staff were hand-picked and trained by Chef Raymond Tabano.

After an initial meeting, 5 Star will design a menu according to your particular wants and needs. Prices vary according to the menu that your choose. All food products are purchased fresh, all preparations are home-made, and sauces are made from home-made stocks. Only top-of-the-line name brands are used.
